We’re looking for an experienced OutSystems Technical Lead to help clients modernize legacy infrastructure, build new digital tools, and streamline service delivery using the OutSystems platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full lifecycle of OutSystems-based builds — from architecture and data modeling to final delivery

  • Design and implement complex modules, reusable components, and platform integrations

  • Manage and mentor junior developers and collaborate across time zones

  • Handle enterprise-level integrations (Active Directory, third-party APIs, SSO)

  • Maintain high performance, scalability, and security standards

  • Support solution estimation and client communication in pre-sale and delivery phases

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of OutSystems development; Professional certification strongly preferred

  • Experience leading builds with large user bases and complex data dependencies

  • Strong grasp of platform governance, DevOps, and scalable architecture patterns

  • Background in enterprise environments — financial services, logistics, or insurance ideal

  • Confident in both hands-on delivery and strategic solution design

Engagement: Long-term contract or full-time freelance
Location: Remote, with availability for EU hours
